The Twelve Tasks of Asterix-very entertaining cartoon.
Gauls (had druids: priest class, a political force) have to endure twelve herculean tasks in order to prove their godhood to Ceasar and the might of Rome.
The eighth task, Asterix and Obelix are required to obtain permit number #A 38.
Hint: The confused old man at the desk instructs Asterix and Obelix to go to the port. This is a reference to Admiralty Law - Commerce & Trade. (Formality).
This is almost an impossible task until Asterix creates havoc in the "no(n)-sense" (not real to the senses) system. Consequently the Prefix (aka Ad-minister) gives them permit #A 38. Both Asterix and Obelix are now released from this insane system of administrative process and paper ownership.
Obtaining permit #A 38 is like registering the UCC1 Financing Statement to prove your sovereignty and thus your godhood to the Vatican Matrix. You are no longer under their jurisdiction. You are your own kin-dom.
The CORP-oration (not real/ dead will) ownership of the legal fiction and intellectual property can start to unravel when more man and woman seek to free themselves by using their mind and asking the right questions.

When you file in the public record your UCC1, set up an Security Agreement with the "Debtor" - your legal ficition and put up a $Bond (you created this commercial negotiable instrument, remember there is no substance to this monetary system because the substance of silver & gold was taken out of the system) > You are in fact declaring to the public you have first lien position ie. first claim to any products and proceeds from any business relationship with your legal fiction must go to you first, as you are the secured party to the private agreement between you and your legal ficition. In effect, this commercial lien means that if anybody does business with that legal fiction becomes your "debtor" as you have first claim to money/business proceeds.
Hopefully this will discourage any unwanted or implied contracts, such as the "public" from contracting with you. Any (fiat) money to be gained will become yours through right of first claim as the secured party. To enforce this lien when challenged you will have to learn how to use more administrative tools and how to better conduct yourself in court proceedings (Administrative Courts in Admiralty Law). Also to "discharge" and "set-off" any liabilities you must learn how to use bills of exchange.

The Roman (Vatican) authorised James King Bible is a book universally recognised. It is also their public relations and 'holy' book, a book of definitions, codes of conduct, and a book of allegorical stories based on Astromythology, sold to the people as God's inspired words; a book of belief systems.
Since I was raised a Christian and spent years studying the Bible, I will continue to use quotes, principles and trust law=contract (trinity concept) to seek my remedy in Court. Establish yourself as the Administrator/Grantor/Settler, your legal fiction as the Beneficiary, the only position left is the Trustee, who must do the will of the Administrator/Grantor/Settler. Since the Judge, Attorney, Police Officer etc. are all public servants and thus are Trustees, they must do your will.

The UCC1 - Financing Statement, Security Agreement when properly filed into the public record, will establish your position as the Secured Party Creditor and Administrator of your legal fiction -your Debtor and the Beneficiary. When the public seeks to contract with the legal fiction, you are aware that they take on the Trustee position, thus have no jurisdiction; you have the highest authority in this trinity. Declare this and 'motion to dismiss with prejudice'.
Also note, one does not want to label oneself "protestant" because to protest, or to raise controversy, is to be in dishonour.

Towards the end of this documentary there are some worthwhile solutions offered, please take the time to understand how we got into this mess, so we can't be sold an idea that in application is not beneficial to us all. What is The Federal Reserve? By definition, the name "Federal Reserve" is deceptive. The institution is not Federal, neither does it hold any reserves. The Federal Reserve is a privately owned corporation set up for profit. Who does the Constitution give the power to create money? The Constitution of the United States strictly prohibits any institution, except congress from coining and printing currency in America. Congressman Wright Patman, Chairman of the House Banking and Currency Committee during the Roosevelt years, confirmed the fact that The Federal Reserve is private. He said: "In the United States today we have in effect two governments. We have the duly constituted government. Just as providing an infusion of currency into the economy, the Federal Reserve has become the chief instrument in contracting the nation’s money supply and increasing interest rates. This immense economic manipulating power has created and will continue to create various levels of economic panic, recession, and depression.
In other words, the Federal Reserve System is in total control of the financial climate of the United States for the purpose of it’s economic exploitation. Bearing witness to this charge is the fact that since the creation of the Federal Reserve System in 1913, the Fed has presided over the crashes of 1921, 1929, 1989, the Great Depression of 1929 thru 1939, recessions in 1953, 1957, 1969, 1975, 1981, Black Monday in 1987, a crushing 1,000 percent inflation, destroying 90% of the dollar’s purchasing power.
Was secrecy important for the FRB’s success? G. Edward Griffin describes the purported objectives in his book, The Creature from Jekyll Island, page 23. "The reason for secrecy was simple. Had it been known that rival factions of the banking community had joined together, the public would have been alerted to the possibility that the bankers were plotting an agreement in restraint of trade. Which is of course exactly what they were doing.
What emerged was a cartel agreement with 5 objectives: stop the growing competition from the nation’s newer banks; obtain a franchise to create money out of nothing for the purpose of lending; get control of the reserves of all banks so that the more reckless one would not be exposed to currency drains and bank runs; get the tax payer to pick up the cartel’s inevitable losses; an convince Congress that the purpose was to protect the public. It was realized that the bankers would have to become partners with the politicians and that the structure of the cartel would have to be a central bank. The record shows that the Fed has failed to achieve it’s stated objectives. That is because those were never it’s true goals."

The foundation argument made is based on "no Constitutional" passage due to a lack of a quorum. There was no quorum in the creating the Federal Reserve act of 1913 either and the Income Tax Reforms Act, created the IRS, was never ratified. The following is the crack in the dam of the US corporation. This argument is valid in many other areas of unconstitutionality.
Note: Quorum means = the minimum number of people who must be present (physically or by proxy) in order for a decision to be binding.
