Trust law folks.... Case was dismissed. Should adam sue the cop now for how he was thrown on the floor?

Considering the fact that the cop made the first and only physical contact, which would be treated as assault were the roles reversed, I would say, "Yes, sue those who trampled your rights in civil court." On the other hand, what are the laws like in Washington D.C.? Remember, like Vatican City and the inner City of London, D.C. is technically its own little nation. Hmmm, or more like corporate headquarters. Maybe we are simply trespassing on the corporations private land and have no rights there. The Jefferson Memorial may simply be part of their lobby. Maybe he can't sue, because by simply entering their domain you agree to their rules. There is probably an end user agreement type of thing that people are given before entry, don't read and just do the equivalent of clicking Accept so they can go see the fancy architecture.

I know, we'll use blockades and embargoes on Washington D.C. just like any other dangerous nation that threatens world safety and stability until such time that they stop acting like Nazi's. Once they clean up their act, they can come and go again.

Great reply! Something that the youth need to really start to look at, since many of those places tend to be the skateboard spots. Something that seems more and more hard to keep alive, urban arts of movement. An important focus though, because it is often overlooked that the corporations have such a grip on the kids... starting at a young age, empowering image over craft and attitude over awareness. In the case of Adam, I am happy to see people bringing attention to the "borders" and testing them in that manner, much like the skateboarders. However the skaters need to learn to take it more serious and should report back to the people more often, "getting involved". You are right about the default accept agreements people are dealing with, as more of these contracts are forced upon them as they turn left and right and left pretty much everywhere.

So I propose we get oriented in developing a reflection of the three power centers, declaring interdependence as three movements that get grounded in truth process. What if subculture, bioneer/sustainability and healing artistry supported each other more, all dedicated to the truth process. Meaning, much like the forums are organized here.... People started to develop alternative energy banks of fully happening creation process each dedicated to the other power center.

For example, the healing arts dedicate their practices to the activism. Say people dealing with the issues in the streets need more people to show up, and we often see people doing that unfolding their yoga mats onsite. Say these movements start developing the relationship, turning away from the corporate "certifications" and offering more and more credibility to those who progress through the big issues from the point of view of the other two power centers; rewarded for where and when and how they manifest spirit meet action. The idea is bringing people and opposites together which corporations and conditioned people to not see. Say a skate contest produced by yoga teachers, with prizes given by bioneers. Or a yoga workshop, produced by bioneers, with prizes given out by activists.

As more and more turn toward massive non compliance, we should start to visualize more and more creative ways to apply our creative force... expressing the potentials that were always there. Doing the things the way we could have been if all this war and ignorance and bad attitudes hadn't shaped everyone's behavior.

What people will reveal is just how deeply the mother fuckers have been laying everything with need for permits, and all that public space take over and control.

The kids need to start taking back the people parks and the formations of movement families could start to get the truth of interdependence to serve us.

Then we might start to see more parks built by bioneers, made to look less like prisons. Less yoga egos would show up to the protest and more people that used weavings made with natural dyes rather than toxic corporate yoga mats. And activism would be more grounded in process that doesn't show up with a diet soda pop in its hand.

I think we should challenge Adam to go to Australia and explore the crow point of view, giving him a taste of the outback out there where Max needs people on the ground.
