Exactly that Josh. Reductionism bothers me. alot. At what point do we become indivisible? So much of our world focuses on the linear..which of course is a 2 dimensional measure..we live in 3 dimensions, so why do we allow ourselves to get caught up in the 2? Spiral thinking..the first responses demonstrated this perfectly, is the apt approach. Not spiral thinking that has been usurped by systems of education which have only masqueraded linear thinking into a new model to be consumed by the masses..but the natural spiral that exists when we just allow ourselves to consider, unencumbered. Spiral thinking manifest naturally in our empathetic responses to others. Every bit of awakening to the world is a process like this..
Interesting link i found when looking up spirals and ripples, to understand the mechanics of their relationship: http://www.nap.edu/jhp/oneuniverse/toc.html

And another interesting link: http://hypography.com/forums/physics-mathematics/90-warp-mechanics-apathetic-conflux-universal-structure-grand-scheme.html
And a last one: http://www.ligo.caltech.edu/LIGO_web/about/brochure.html
Okay..this is really the last link:) Very interesting Michael Talbot video on the holographic universe: http://www.cosmolearning.com/videos/michael-talbot-on-the-holographic-universe-thinking-allowed/
