God is the Light of Mind. This is the ONE magnetic light of mind. The eternal omnipresent vacuum at zero. God's thinking Mind is all there is. Mind of God and Mind of man are ONE.
In the Light of the Creator's Mind is DESIRE to dramatize His ONE IDEA by dividing magnetic light: its unconditioned unchanging unity of balance and rest into pairs of oppositely conditioned units (electricity), which must forever interchange with each other to seek balance and rest. DESIRE then multiplies those pairs of units into an infinity of eternal repetitions to give formed bodies to The Creator's imaginings. All formed bodies are created "in His image." This is the 'motion picture' universe of simulation and illusion which dramatizes his idea of REALITY by electrically projecting the thought-imaged-forms of Mind - Idea upon the imagined-screen of space (vacuum).
Through the expression of DESIRE in Light, this universal drama of CAUSE (is ONE) and EFFECT (is TWO opposed lights: electricity) is created as the product of Mind knowing divided by Mind thinking.
Electricity is the only force which God makes use of to create this universe. His universe of matter and motion are 2 pairs of opposed spiral vortices. One of these opposite pairs meet at apices (wave amplitudes) to create spheres of mattter (gravitation, centripetal motion), and the other opposed pair meets at cone bases upon wave axes to void both matter and motion (radiation, centrifugal motion).
God is the Light of all knowing. Creation is a thought-wave universe which records God’s (magnetic) knowing as expressed by God’s electric thinking. This is God's omnipresent universe of Idea, and Desire for the expression of the Idea, by moving forms which symbolize idea.

Chapter One - Creation God is the universe. There is no created universe. God is all there is. God is in reality, and exists in substance. God is thinking Mind. The substance, or body, of God is light. The substance of all "create" things is light. The One substance of thinking Mind is all that exists. The "created" universe is the registration in matter of the idea of thinking Mind. Mind is the universe. Mind substance is "spiritual" substance. Spirit is light. Light is the living substance of Mind in action. It is the creating principle of the One substance. Light is life. The universe and all that is, is One.
Chapter Two - The Life Principle All life is immortal life. There is no mortal life. Life is the effect produced on the substance of Mind by the sequence of alternating electromagnetic pulsations which constitute the process of thinking. Life is merely the registration, in matter, of states of motion of thinking mind. The "elements of matter" do not vary in substance. They cary only in their states of motion. All that appearance which man calls matter is "motion-in-opposition." Man lives in a universe of motion, a universe of appearances and illusions which deceive him Matter and Mind and light and energy are eternal. (Mind is Matter) They are constant, they are cause. Form and motion are illusions. They are fleeting. They are effects.
About Electricity Electricity is the strain or tension set up by the two opposing desires of universal Mind thinking: the desire for balanced action and the desire for rest. This electric universe is a complexity of strains caused by the interaction of these two opposing, interchanging electric desires. All matter is electric. All matter is conditioned into greater or lesser strains according to the intensity of desire which is the cause of all electric strain to which it is subjected. The farther removed from rest, the greater the strain or tension. That which we call high electric potential is merely great strain to maintain a condition which is far from the condition of rest. This whole electric universe is a complex maze of similar tensions. Every particle of matter in the universe is separated from its condition of oneness, just as the return ball is separated from the hand, and each is connected with the other one by an electric thread of light which measures the tension of that separateness.
About Weight Weight is a measure of unbalance. It indicates the intensity of desire of any mass which is out of balance to find balance. Every mass in the universe has its proper potential position. Every mass will find that position if not prevented from doing so by the bindings of other masses. Weight should be measured dually as temperature is. It should have an above and a below zero to measure the intensity of desire in masses to rise from the earth as well as to fall toward it. WEIGHT IS MATTER OUT OF PLACE All matter is a record of its potential at the place of its birth in its wave. Masses of matter, like buoys floating in the ocean to mark courses for ships, are floating in space to register the electric potential of the position of their birth. Whenever matter is in the place of its birth, it belongs there. It is, therefore, in balance. It floats in its balanced field. In that position it is weightless in respect to anything else in the universe. Whenever it is taken from its field center, or becomes an eccentric part of another field, it is out of balance with the two forces acting upon it. It then has weight, and the measure of that weight is the measure of its unbalance with its out-of-place environment. Weight of matter and measure of electric potential are one and the same thing.
Gravity and Radiation Large scale examples of this process can be seen in any of the spiral nebulae, notably Nebula 74 Piscium. Two fiery spiral arms of radiation mother-light reach out from the equator of its central sun to born its countless other suns and earths by unfolding them from its centering seed. Two black arms of gravitating father-light pull spirally inward from the heavens toward the poles of the centering giant sun to generate the sun in incandescent oneness of all form. Gravitation is the male principle of Creation. Gravity refolds toward the seed. Radiation is the female principle of Creation. Radiation unfolds from the seed. The generating light of gravitation and the degenerative light of radiation are projected through each other from rest to rest in pulsing sequences to manifest idea by borning father-mother forms of idea through their voiding interchange. This principle of rhythmic balanced interchange between father-mother lights of gravitation and radiation is fundamental in all creating things. It is the principle of two-way equal giving which manifests the quality of Love in the Light of the One.

Sine Wave represents how the thinking mind creates using POLARITY to define ideas & Universe of motion and things
Source/God creates reality using oscillating conical spirals of electric potentials: electricity positive (gravitation) and electricity negative (radiation). All is electricity.
Imagine a conical spiral (3D), the positive cycle this creates gravity because it contracts/charges, and the negative cycle is called because it expands or radiates/discharges.
Polarity is what defines an idea, and is used to create the illusion of being separate from the condition of One (at rest), but in fact both halves of the sine wave are needed to complete the one idea. However with the illusion of time, the thinking mind creates the Universe of motion; we create our imaginations of physical matter through energy in motion represented by waves. For instance, hot is needed to define cold and evil is needed to define good. Since God is all that is, hot and cold, good and evil are all concepts.

Walter Russell makes so much sense to me; everything is in perfect balance I have read parts of his book: A New Concept Of The Universe.
Polarity Periodicity is the basis of the constitution of matter:
Walter explains that there are no separate partcles or elements. All elements are made up of the very same spiral units of motion - or vortices. Every particle of matter is both cathode (+ve) and anode (-ve). Their pressure conditions are different in every part of the wave in which the elements find themselves. When a particle arrives at wave amplitude, or any equator where the pressure condition is reversed, it can well be called a neutron, for it polarity is balanced. One particle becomes another particle where their pressure condition changes.
In the first post in this thread, you can see in the youtube videos of this oscillating conical spirals/vortex (3D) motion from rest to polarity, polarity to rest.
This understanding complements: Quantum Physics and the 'Double Slit Experiment' suggests that since there is no solidity to reality, consciousness-energy drives our 'perceived' reality. Following this rational, we are the observer, therefore we must be the source of entangled fields of energy and information.
This physical reality follows a phi pattern. According to Physicist, Nassim Haramein the vacuum (space) connects all things through Black Whole (as in complete). Information and energy exchange occurs at every scale, every level (from atomic, biological, galactic to universal) through the black wholes/vortices. So at the basis of every matter are phicycles (vortices)
Nassim Haramein presents his theory & mathematical calculations, that the Vacuum connects all things through Black Whole. Density of Space = Density in a Proton = 10 to power of the 55 gm/cm3 density (renormalized calculation to cut the infinitely large number)

I have a Schwinn 750 watt Electric Scooter. I charge it about three times a week. I'm curious to know whether or not this has a significant effect on my monthly electric bill. I have to admit, though, I don't know much about electricity in general.

Alternatively if you want a longer explanation on why you already prepaid all your bills, you must take the time to understand the basis of why fiat currency under the I.M.F. system has any value at all, despite not being backed by gold and silver (HJR 192 in 1933). The U.S. Government-Corporation (most Governments are bankrupt) had to provide a remedy (UCC1) when they compelled everyone to use their promise to pay "notes" and tricked people into (becoming Debtors) accepting liability for their company's bills. "Accept for value" "bills of exchange" are legal tender because like the promise to pay "notes" people are willing to accept it has value and will perform work.
In summary, we all must forgive each other's sins = debts to give value to the currency debt-based monetary system.
We should also learn in the process, when enslavement of others is permitted it affects everyone, as this erodes our sovereign freedom & rights. All must be equal before the law, the law must be transparent, good-will a foundation, for any system to be fair.
