I was talking to a guy on ventrilo and he is very close to finailsing same type of technology. Maybe it would be a good idea to jump on vent and talk to him. He goes by the name PLANEX ..... He was saying that the frequency and Harmonics needs tuning !!

No luck yet with Joe, I'm just wondering if he is still around..

I was very interested in this when I first discovered his videos. The biggest problem is finding the pristine water required for good cell longevity (if it works in the first place) as I remember. Maybe that's why miners and petro-companies are so callous about polluting the waterways as well. You have to get really close to the source to find the right energized water.

Yeah the guy is kinda under the radar.

He was driving in his car fitted with the joe cell one day, when another car pulled in front of his. Two men got out with guns in their belts, threatend him to destroy all his documents and joe cells, shutdown his websites, give up his research and to talk to no one conserning his work, they got a folder out of their car which had photos of him and his family..... according to the latest Uncensored magazine.
