Just when you thought it was safe to drink your distilled water, which is that of no added minerals, I recently became concious of the fact that it is extremely hard not to find distilled water contaiminated with oil byproducts. Basically, where I live in the United States I cannot purchase distilled water in glass containers, rendering me helpless to the nasty plastic jugs. The last 10 jugs ive purchased from three cities have all tasted of a horrible plastic flavor, one of which contained small pieces of plastic within it. I say this not as a fabrication nor exaggaration. I challenge you to go to your local food market, purchase a gallon of distilled water and taste it for yourself.

Make your own distilled water.

"Distilled water is water that has many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container."

If you don't meet the requirements to do so, sell your house and move to a mountain side.There you can get some buckets and fill them up right from the water stream.
