so you have an obligation to control and remove pests (aka govt agents) on your land.. sounds like a good thing, when put in that context :) :roflol

can anyone "prove" that they "own" any land? if you think so, how would you go about trying to "prove" such a thing?

I certainly don't feel like I "own" that "land". I went through the process - money was the important thing.
I've walked over it quite a lot ~ my presence, for now is alien to the life already existing there.
I/we'll be integrating with it - once we've surveyed out a layout plan ~ one hectare will be my/our space.
It can be proven by feeling, as the space/life begins to resonate with your heart beat.
When you turn own into now ~ presence.

Lands = your existence as your will & testament.

When I was present in their office we were only 3 men and a woman present.
Presence had an affect on everyone even though acts were flying around.
I asked for the act to be present and the two men came out of their offices and began playing their roles.
I was asked if I have a last name, this stumped me a bit - I need to learn how to ask more questions rather than falling into the role of answering the questions.
But I was there to give them back their property - it was interesting how this came about because she mentioned my property, so I pointed out that the letter was their property.

I bought 'cedar' seeds (pinus cembra) on ebay. They came from Ukraine. There is one cembra tree in Australia that I know of which is near Melbourne somewhere.
There are 3 Siberian pine nut trees (known in Russia as cedar) - Northern/pinus sibirica, the most potent & living to 550 years, Soutern/pinus cembra, also in Europe, and Eastern/pinus koreanus, living to 2 - 300 years, but developing pine cones in about 5 years which is quicker than sibirica. Cones look like your pineal gland and hence are nutritious for this, our third eye. But also nuts are extremely good for you. Make milk & flour from them too.
The needles interact with fine cosmic rays - technology for same mimics them.

I figured they sent this to an issue, so returned it:

Another letter came on Friday, and once again on Monday I took it back to their office building.
This time it was a bit scary, it was as though they were prepared - one of the office doors was open so I spoke to two people at once saying I've brought your property back.
The guy came storming out of the office, he wanted to open the envelope up and give me "my property" apparently inside their property.
I started backing up, they seemed angry.
The women was quoting things from "the act" and about my obligation and getting the general manager on the phone, meanwhile the man had the act there on the desk trying to read it to me, saying about me not being stupid and giving me a scenario question about burning the police station down and the fire brigade, to which I said "I don't know that's your scenario not mine".
I tried to keep my questions simple with "who said?" and asking them if they are claiming authority or ownership of me by speaking the way they were to me.
I was in my smoko break and said I'll leave it with you, but they tried to keep me in there for the phone and reading of the act and saying they have all day.
Ok so they are getting paid for their time while I am not.
He said he'll just keep sending me the letters, to which I said ok, bye and left.
The scene felt to me at the time of an aggressive religion with the acts and legal documents as the bible

Kin's domains gate notice:

Image

Through this gate is a spear head of kin's domains initiators.
Our goal is a complete settlement of 120 kin's domains.
We are working on a 1/2 acre area laid out in the shape of a decagon, with a 20ft tipi in the centre.
Wire netting fenced for now while we work on transition gardens.
~ Which is serving the purpose of a community garden welcome centre.
~ a venue space for communication about kin's domains.
(Gradually a living fence in conjunction with hugelkulturs will take the wire netting fence's place).

Presence is the key to enter through this gate
And a genuine passion, commitment, desire & intent to help/join us to create a complete kin settlement together.
Thorough reading of The Ringing Cedar series of books by Vladimir Megre & inspired understanding of the concept of kin's domains is important!:
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6314&p=25782#p25782
- And who we are as in trust law/common law/natural law....., - because independently we are responsible.
- Because each kin's domain will need to be 'plucked out of the system'.

To begin with we will be laying out 6 one hectare kin's domains & 2 common star domains, each surrounded by 5 metre lane ways & common land.
~ In a beautiful & functional design in phi proportions (sacred geometry).
In the end each of us including the initiators will have a one hectare kin's domain/space of love.
- while all common land/lane ways will be free for unhindered journeying & enjoyment by all!

We are presently having a large (common) swimming dam professionally re dug and repaired - as we begin to harvest water.
- It is a 4 1/2 thousand dollar project, which is taken care of by our 'village vitals' part of our 'dachwaflovek' concept!
We are beginning and will continue experiential learning permaculture gardening techniques & natural building
~ As we take back our motherland.

The location we have chosen is nicely positioned for the possibility of settlements of kin's domains.
600 metres above sea level, gently rolling.
We are 16/17 kilometres out of Coonabarabran town centre, which is walking distance or a quick drive.
(I walked it 3 times in one week - takes 2 1/2 hours)

When we feel we are ready we'll invite a camp/gathering for the above mentioned purpose.

https://www.facebook.com/events/368722283201197/

The date I've chosen for now is April 19 2013, which is 9 months away.
Which would also allow time for further reading of The Ringing Cedars (for coherency on what we are doing together) or/and further understanding of trust law/common law/natural law.....and making sure that Coonabarabran is the location for you to create your kin's domain.
I'm thinking this would be a 9 day Friday to following Sunday April 28 camp/gathering.
~ The intent would be to directly proceed from here to actualizing our complete kin's settlement/village.
