I am located in Bendigo, Victoria (the police/nanny state of Au)
I have a dream and i can see most if not all the members here have the same, I would love to start getting active about it, I am about to send off my letters to the Attorney-General's Department (Robert McClelland) this is what i have written so far "what are your thoughts?"
I also have just being informed that I should be sending the first letter as an Affidavit to the Attorney-General Robert Mclelland ?? I am currently trying to better understand what, when and how to use an affidavit, thus far I am under the impression that I only ever lodge an affidavit relating to a court proceeding, if this is the case then why would I need to send my 1st letter as affidavit and not just printed up on paper and sent via registed post (has it to do with being identified as evidence if needed at a later date, if and when I may be DRAGGED into court under duress?)

Also I don't want this letter to sound like a threat (I don't want them to respond and avoid a default) does anyone have any input they could share? can you see anything that comes across like a threat in this letter?

I want to make it clear that I have come here to learn and understand this inside out, any advice giving to my I consider as constructive input (I am no sheep and want to learn about these things for myself) I just have no one around me I have to discuss this subject with and its increasingly frustrating not knowing for sure what works and does not work.

Hello this is xxxx x xxxxxx and there are a few things I'd like to clarify for the record.

I have this birth certificate, and it is my understanding that I am the beneficiary in this arrangement, and therefore the sole shareholder of this account xxxx x xxxxxx, I believe as the sole share holder it's my right to appoint which ever administrator/CEO I like, and so I am appointing myself xxxx x xxxxxx as the Administrator and CEO of this trust agreement, and seeing as this is a three party agreement and this is a trust agreement it only leaves one position left and that is the position of trustee, I believe that's who you are and that's what I see in my birth certificate arrangement I can find no evidence that suggests anything other than this, so if I am wrong with what I have just laid out to you can you please contact me and clarify this for me, if you don’t clarify because I know you are a busy person then I will take it as Acquiescence that you agree with what I have written here.

You have 21 days to contact me about this, if you fail to contact me and let me know then I will take that as confirmation what I have outlined to you is in fact correct and a certificate of default will be issued to your office .

To Attorney-General's Department,

Hello, this is Director and CEO xxxx x xxxxxx of the xxxx x xxxxxx account. You haven't responded in the requested time to my last notice which allowed you the opportunity to remedy any and all uncertainties about my stance. You now agree to my claims, understandings, and motions by way of default judgment/Acquiescence.

I am not a public employee under any obligation of your state and governmental policies and statutes. Any interference, harm, and/or wasted time from public servants and officers - and/or the impeding upon my rights as a human being, will now be backed and enforced with my fee-schedule of $500,000 for each count of obstruction as I see fit. I will be including a copy of the prior notice for reference.

Any feedback will help, everything i know on this subject is from watching and reading any and all info i can find to help our cause, once i have succeeded i will then be assisting and educating others who remain sceptical of my ambitions .... or those who just want to learn for themselves.

I don't know if there is set way to send it? Our intention is what matters.
I think that we are all unique and our different ways of doing this shows our diversity/creativity/strength - which has the bio machine beat, because it can only operate by program as a repeater - nothing new there.

From my experience so far having given Notice:
I can now, and I am communicating & relating with local council in our correct capacities. - we are all still double minded about things but I can see & feel our evolution.
I felt good with each step, but then you need to push on and keep the flow going towards y/our goal/s ~ to get out of gaol.
