Thanks Tekkiefirst, I very much appreciate your support on this thread!
I have downloaded your recommended docs regarding UPU and been reading through some, trying to get familiar with it all.

I have been contemplating all this time what I should do next after my meeting yesterday - seems I've entered several unfamiliar worlds simultaneously and trying to get my bearings.
It was-not a state government official at all but a sub contractor to councils - hired by this council, answerable to the general manager.
Also the economic & development person works for the general manager. I had to navigate my way to these points of the map during the meeting.
He didn't know anything about my Notice and proceeded to presume I to be township serf.
So I made use to find out about the workings.
They are in the LEP stage of changing it from community land to operational land

I'll just post a few things & links of research regarding the meeting:
"LEP" means "local environmental plan"

New South Wales Consolidated Acts
http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/nsw/ ... ga1993182/

And a couple of other related links I found:
The General Register of Deeds
http://www.lpma.nsw.gov.au/land_titles/ ... r_of_deeds

land ownership in New South Wales
http://www.lpma.nsw.gov.au/land_titles/land_ownership
Torrens Title register http://www.lpi.nsw.gov.au/land_titles/p ... e_register

I would like to send a Notice of discharge from trustee custodianship to allodial land, ~ or Pluck it out of the system.
Hopefully Brandon Adams or someone who knows about it can help me with this? (link to video posted in first post of this thread)
Maybe with UPU stamps this time on my Notices.

Here are the coordinates for metes & bounds:
SE -31.259878,149.283600
SW -31.259626,149.281685
NW -31.258089,149.281221
NE -31.258413,149.283868

Edited Nov 15 - I decided to also make our claim in the same Notice, and our purpose. Although I don't know how to do metes and bounds yet. I have bought 10 20 cent stamps and 4 registered envelopes, one for each person/agent and one for courthouse. I am thinking to drop one without stamps at council buildings and one at courthouse. I am thinking to try and have them witnessed as I cross autograph the stamps - tomorrow Nov 16 - what do you think?
CHRISTOPHER PAUL COLE

Notice of discharge of custodianship of land
This is a matter of public record

Warrumbungle Shire Council

Today November 15 2011 I :Chris: Cole discharge your claim to the land you have as LOTS 433 DP 753378 Site 5: Former Cricket field - Ulan Street, Coonabarabran, NSW 2357, Australia.

I :Chris: Cole flesh & blood Man living within the law of God claim this land space on Earth,
The four coordinates are:
SE -31.259878,149.283600
SW -31.259626,149.281685
NW -31.258089,149.281221
NE -31.258413,149.283868

For the purpose of a venue space for gathering, experiential workshops & communications about the whole subject of Kin’s domains and fulfill our purpose for coming here.
On October 18/19 2008 we made our first contact in Coonabarabran and gave as a gift the book ‘Anastasia’ of the series ‘The Ringing Cedars” by Vladimir Megre to show our intention. We arrived in Coonabarabran December 25 2008 and integrated ourselves into the community as for our transition to Kin’s domains ~ described in the books, which we introduced into the local library early in 2009.

Thank You!
Executive Director/ Administrator
:Chris: Cole

Ok here above is what I am planing for my next step of action.
I decided to keep it simple and straight to the point.
I can edit it as I receive help on this.
So I would buy stamps and stick them on the upper & lower right hand corners of each document/instrument I send - through registered mail?
Write my full name in both caps diagonally across each stamp?
I am thinking to send a copy to each of the 3 persons/agents who I have met with, and who else would I send a copy to?

Thank You!

I added the envelope because I remember reading somewhere about red lines through the stamp.

I dropped one unstamped instrument off at the council counter and one at the court desk.
The court person said the court doesn't deal with discharge of custodianship of land any more as they are no longer an agent of department of land that it used to be - nothing they can do with this letter, there is no matter currently on file in this court, that they would just be returning it. Although he specified some areas of what are filed here.....one being 'statement's of claim', under legislation or court orders. That this is best dealt with in relation to the council or property information people/department of lands.
I left it with them to be posted back to me. I decided not to send in stamped instrument to the court because it seems they don't have anything to do with it?

If I had 20ft tipi (I've had 2) I'd physically occupy that land space right now. A tipi stands up straight and tall with presence.
I'd take my scythe and cut a circular area and start preparing poles. I feel that I occupy it with my intent and vision.
The first experiential workshops would be:
Painting the bare canvas of 20 ft tipi's in Australian flora & fauna theme, preparing poles and setting them up.
Scything - a line of us cutting the field - it's about 6 acres.
Building composting toilets in various natural building techniques, especially with reciprocal framed roof's which harvest pure water.

Update/edit November 19. I have expanded on 'Beginning experiential workshops on 6 acre venue space' at 'One Hectare' in Self sufficiency; viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6314&p=19237#p19237

Why claim to occupy land? Could it be that claiming to occupy results in being labeled an enemy combatant?

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/occupy
Quote:
From Latin occupare (“to take possession of, seize, occupy, take up, employ”), from ob (“to, on”) + capere (“to take”)
Quote:
To conquer somewhere.
The Germans occupied the Channel Islands.

I doubt you meant to use the word occupy in the military context, but could that be the context that so called government agents presume you're using it in?

Why claim to be a name? I see that the name you use is written unusually; could it be that so called government agents don't care how you write it, they just want to see if you're claiming to be a name and/or claiming to own something (such as the name)?

Check out the link in the sig I'm using if you're interested in accepting personal responsibility

Good work! Looks to me that it is just what it say's - that it has no legal effect.
I don't know how as I don't know enough about it, but I don't think that can be defaulted.
What does anyone else on here think about this?

You are correct - I didn't want to use this word but I couldn't find another in the dictionary/thesaurus as a substitute - in time anyway.
I avoided 'occupation' at least because I felt it to be stronger towards what you are saying.
Do you know of a better word I could have used?

I give my name, I give my address & location. I given my thumb print.
I give my intention & vision, and in there is an invitation to government agents to be our neighbours in the appropriate space for all of us.
What sort of insanity would pick war on this?

I gave Notice when we came here. We gave the book of our intention, of my intention, this was October 18/19 2008.
And that same week I wrote to the government to the best of my capacity at the time and told them.
I gave Notice of my intention on forums from march 2007. We gave Notice to lots of people around the world of our/my intention.
We have our Notice in local directory.
Just after we arrived December 2008 I got the books into the local library, these books are here and hardly anyone has read them?
They don't even know what they are blocking!?
Have you read 'The Ringing Cedars'?

Are there people on this forum, who are in Australia - would like to come in support and put up a tent in the field for November 26/27?
