To Ben, they may consider what they consider because it is not typed, other people have had success with defaulting the same types of letter havnt they? that was my thought, maby send the same thing again but typed

So the council is saying that they are the owners of the land.
And they are saying that they wont reply to any other letters about it.

Can they prove that they own the land in the highest form of land ownership?
or prove that we dont have the right to do what we want on any/that land?
How did they supposedly come about owning it?

this could possibly be put into contract that they answer these and/or other Qs and reply or its defaulted that we in fact do have the right to go there and do what we want on that land.

When they say unlawful occupants, to which law are they referring?
maybe they need to define "unlawful occupants" before they can enforce it,
they can even define who is the council? and who is the police? while there at it.
and maybe even prove their jurisdiction to remove us, if we are who they are referring to when they say unlawful occupants.

thats a few ideas that i just had, not entirely sure how correct it is

A 20ft tipi is on it's way from America ~ Home of the Great Tipi - A tipi is a perfect space for communications.
It will be here within 2 weeks, so we can begin preparing 25 to 27ft poles.
I've notified and shared with some local community real people - As I evoked UPU - is/n't people power what UPU was based from ?

I couldn't get a JP or notary to witness this time as having gone on holidays, and the courthouse person said it was only needed for stat dec or affidavit,
to which I was not prepared to show my Notice because of repeated experience of having opinions to go with it.
Anyhow I figure my thumb print here is good enough.
