So we hear that birth certificates are in block letters to show that we are the corporation......... That to be the person our name should be written with small letters.

Problem.

Wi just noticed that my daughters birth certificate is written with little letters. A capital for her first, second and last names, but the rest in little letters.

So..... What's with that?
