Despite what dean clifford and max igan say about the BC not being something to fear, and that it is not handing over ownership to the govt, i stongly suspect from the govt viewpoint that THEY see the BC registration as increasing the govts power over the child.

And in dodgy times when more and more kids are beiing taken into care for no good reason, and 1000s of kids in care then go missing, i dont think parents can take any chances.

I also spoke to someone who had their baby permanently removed, after being duped into registering the birth and she was of the opinion that the registration process increased social services confidence to remove her child. So the BC definately helps SS.

6) 'Registration' of anything transfers superior ownership to the entity accepting the registration. Once an item has been registered, you are no longer the OWNER (even though you will still be paying for the item), but instead you become the KEEPER. This includes cars, houses, children (who become 'wards of the state' by virtue of a birth registration), etc. ('regis ...' = handing ownership to The Crown ... which, by the way, is the British Crown in Temple Bar, and NOT Elizabeth II)

So im sorry guys, but im not buying this - the BC is nothing to fear in terms of child confiscation, because although that may be true in theory, i dont believe the govt nor its brainwashed employees believe this. and they are the ones with all the guns & secret family courts with no jury.

Whatever steps available that reduces govt perceived power to interact with our children can surely only be a good thing.

Sure, id expect most of us here who have a good understanding of trust law, to have a better chance than most to win back our kids from SS if they were taken, IF we followed a correct proceedure.

But cant see how the UN DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD could help. So thats out the window as dean cliffords initial game winning strategy, unless we are missing something in it?

.....so recording the birth event privately your own way, such as in a family bible seems the best and safest option, and what people did before the birth registration ACTS.

The child can then decide for himself if they want to register at 16 or 18.

And if the govt tries prosecuting and issuing the £2 fine for not registering a birth, we could just refuse there offer to contract to their statute lae.

I think dean clifford also spoke of cases where people have been able to cross national borders clutching nothing but the family bible? instead of a passport/BC?

What lawfully binding proceedure/s should one undertake to record the birth events privately?

I sincerely sympathise with anyone going through this problem of children being taken away. It seems it's not protecting the ones at risk but everyone is in the net. I thank God that my kids are all grown but then you have the grankids to think about but hopefully their parents are very forewarned, at least I know mine are on all these issues. Any info we have on any issue we send it around to each other and friends etc as well, always better to get the bigger picture I'd say! 8-)

the uk has been "gone" since the 80s, its just a complete welfare police state now - all by design. excrutiating high cost of living, compared to the generations b4. the best time to have been born was just after ww11. After 1980 & youre f*cked basically :ufo2: .Same the world over no doubt.

Thats why the 2 websites/movements listed in my signature are SO VERY IMPORTANT :sg1: :torch: as they CAN change the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:axe: :excited:

ian joseph of http://www.forced-adoption.com says that in france spain italy, you really have to have severely and repeatedly physically harmed your child b4 it will be removed. And that there, the family is seen as sacred, & people there cannot get their head around kids in the UK being removed due to "risk of emotional abuse". true pre-crime.

its also been "illegal" to smack kids in the uk since 2004, if it causes redening of the skin.
