Hello, all. I'm from New Jersey, USA. About a month ago I was arrested for not giving my driver's license, name, or any information regarding my person to a cop on the side of the road. I told him I respectfully decline to give him any information as I hadn't caused any harm. He told me to get out of the car which I did. (I realize now I should've informed him of a fee-schedule at the time, but I hadn't read about Dean Clifford's stuff yet.) Well, I got out of the car and he asks me for my name and ID again. I told him the same crap as before. So he starts searching me and I tell him he does not have my consent. He says, "I don't need your consent." Which I assured him he did as I hadn't harmed anyone and he was out of jurisdiction. Then he tells me to face the hood of my car which I do. He starts arresting me and I tell him I haven't done anything wrong, there are no charges against me, no harm, and you don't even know who you're arresting. So I fidget my arms to make it a hassle for him to put the cuffs on, he says he's going to mace me if I keep it up. I keep it up. He then uses all his power over me to twist my arm and throw my entire body onto the hood of my car which hurt like hell. I was immobilized from his force. Completely under duress.
Long story short, I get to the police station where they ask me for my fingerprints and mugshot to which I said I do not consent. The head-cop comes in and sees that I will not comply and tells the cop who arrested me to "just use the handheld camera on him" The cop picks it up and attempts to take a picture of me, "NO CONSENT! NO CONSENT!" and I put my shirt over my head.
While all of this is going on, they had sent cops to my parents home to find out who I was. They had given them my information which is hearsay. I never gave my name verbally. They did however force me into fingerprinting.
I'm thrown into the jailcell for the night through the next afternoon, no food. No toilet paper. They then send me in-front of a judge or magistrate a few towns over, I'm not sure which one. It was very impromptu. The judge lowered my bail from 7,500$ to 335$. Which was a relief at the time. Then I was sent to the county corrections facility for 2 days as I attempted to make bail.
I've been reading Dean's stuff as of late and have sent them this document.

Ten days have gone by and no response, as expected. So yesterday I sent the notice of default.

Sorry for the long post. I'm not sure what steps to take next. I like what Derek Hill has done with cashing in his tickets.
I have about 7 tickets. (Obstruction of law, obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, driving while suspended, improper parking, parking near cross-walk, and having a warrant) all of which are complete bullshit as we all know. No harm done! Do no harm!
I'd like to cash those in of course, though I'm not sure how. Either way, I'd like all these charges to be dismissed.
I'm going for this administrative remedy and exhausting it all before I can move onto the next step. The thing is, this is the US where things are a bit different so I'm not sure about my next step. I was thinking about calling up the court in about a week and asking if they have received my documents and if they've been filed. If they have, good, If I ever go to court again I will have my case already won through the paper work (as per Dean's style of doing things.) If not, then what?
All in all, I'd just like some feedback (from Dean preferably as I see he's here once in a while and I am very confident and understanding of his tactics) on my documents and some sort of light to guide me in this tunnel.
Thanks very much, everyone. Keep on truckin'!
