This letter I will be sending today is a little silly I know but fun for me never the less

MR DEACUS
Address

BBC Complaints
PO Box 1922
Darlington
DL3 0UR

BBC Complaints Department

I had another enforcement officer around my premisses today, from your collection company TV licensing, creating aggravated trespass, on my private property by demanding I prove my innocence that I do not watch your propaganda.
Despite telling your duly appointed enforcement officers, I have failed to make them understand I do not watch the BBC, so to stop this constant harassment, distressing threatening letters & aggravating trespass (despite written notice on my property) your appointed company continues, the only option available is to make your signal unwarranted on & within my property I give you 10 working days to send me any contractual agreement that I gave you permission to transmit in to my private property a signal, analogue or digital, If no contract can be provided with in 10 working days I expect you to cease & desist transmission of said signal to my property, I do not want your signals in my private arena as I know little about there health benefits or damages they may cause, after 10 working days I will seek reception equipment for the sole purpose of proving the termination of said signals to ensure you have complied with the contract hereby created, if you have failed to revoke said signals after 10 working days, my fees are £20.00 per day for the first fifteen days & £1000.00 per day there after that you persist with the unwarranted transmission

Yours sincerely

Deacus
Managing Director

Love this, TV licensing gets right on my nerves. I had to have someone come from them to prove I wasn't receiving any TV stations ( couple years ago now), I let them in as I couldn't be bothered with their hassle! 8-)

Yea there a pain!
The enforcement officer came round last night, after giving him a mouth full telling him to get the F off my property I got his name, he then started to write out some ticket with red boxes printed on it? I explained that if he puts anything through my door I would contact his company, get his details & sue him personally for littering my property, following which he went on his merry way

Edit; Thanks Matt, will keep you updated, really don't know what to expect with this one

Classic. It will be interesting to start extending my rights beyond my current court dealings and out into the real world. Good to see you guys are putting things to the test in such a wide scope. Keen to see how you go with any and all of your matters!

well written Deacus! Again I will be interested to see what transpires!

Good luck dude!!!

I have been television free for three years, and highly recommend other folk get rid of this Weapon Of Mass Distraction!

Be healthy!!!

Read a book, learn something new, write, sing, do things which inspire!!! If you have TV it only inspires negativity!!!

Our family also has been TV free for 3 years or so, now we choose what to do with our time and what to watch or not to watch as the case may be. Shame it wasn't done earlier when the kids were smaller, no matter things were not quite so bad when they were small and I thank God they have all turned out good and balanced young people. 8-)

The only time I have watched the BBC over the past 5/10 years is round other peoples & I honestly feel like getting up & kicking the TV in, the propaganda is infuriatingly obvious, & yes it is in all TV but the BBC :banghead: I do how ever search the BBC news just to amuse myself, take the occupy London, RT are interviewing people from there & their talking about the bankers fraud & how the bankers controls the GOV etc, for a laugh, I searched the BBC & the very first line of the first "news" article I came across Reads "An anti-capitalist protest in London's financial district" lol, anti-capitalist?!! If I don't laugh I may cry at the absurdity
