To much disinfo coming our way in the west.

Disinformation is not just the property of the WEST, but is an effective tool used throughout history by Governments to confuse, manipulate perceptions and control humanity. Surely the local Libyans are not immune from SPIN DOCTORS and internal political perception manipulations.

From news accounts, there are polarised groups in Libya who are Pro-Gaddafi and Anti-Gaddafi. Obviously these people have certain beliefs about the man and whether or not he is protecting the interests of Libya.

Similarly in Australia, during peace times there are polarised views on carbon tax. Many Australians buy the main media Government story of Carbon-tax and the Global warming without much understanding of the real constitutional changes and removal of human rights.
Do people seek more understanding, research other information available on the internet? eg. Climate Gate, Planetary Climate Change due to Solar Cycles, Lord Monkton science proof that the Earth is cooling, Organic Chemistry -carbon = life, Australian will lose rights under UN control etc.
The minor news coverage of the Sydney Anti-Carbon Tax rally and many others was a distortion of public opinion, painting us Anti-Carbon protestors as misguided anti-social fools. The Government and UN have unlimited resources and can manipulate the perceptions of the ignorant to achieve their own corporate-aligned agendas eg. Pro-Carbon protestors were hired, ABC TV is government funded and owned.

For this exercise, let’s forget the emotive language and look at the story from a higher perspective, from another angle  (pun intended)

http://panafricannews.blogspot.com/2011/09/libya-great-man-made-river-project-and.html

Quote:
Muammar Gaddafi: "After this achievement, American threats against Libya will double... The United States will make excuses, but the real reason is to stop this achievement, to keep the people of Libya oppressed"

Gaddafi was often ridiculed in the West for persevering with such an ambitious project. Pejorative terms such “pipedream”, “pet project” and “mad dog” appeared in UK and US media.

So Gaddafi next conceived a plan to bring the water to the people. Feasibility studies were carried out by the Libyan government in the seventies and in 1983 the Great Man-made River Authority was set up. The project began the following year, fully funded by the Libyan government. The almost $30 billion cost to date has been without the need of any international loans. Nor has there been any charge on the people, who do not pay for their reticulated water, which is regarded in Libya to be a human right and therefore free.

NATO air strikes on the electricity supply, as well as depriving civilians of electricity, mean that water pumping stations are no longer operating in areas even where the pipelines remain intact. Water supply for the 70% of the population who depend on the piped supply has been compromised with this damage to Libya’s vital infrastructure.

But today Sirte is encircled by the rebels, and right now is being carpet bombed by NATO. The civilians are terrorised, and many families have tried to flee. But the rebels block all the exits, they kill the men, and send the women and children back into the city to be bombed. In the media the rebels are reported to have given Sirte until Saturday to surrender before they commence a full attack. But that’s not what’s happening really.

So, Muammar Gaddafi anticipated increased US threat to Libya. Libya Government has not charged the people and the GMR Water Project is fully funded. IMF cannot make money and control polices and who gets the contracts. Libyans have been given false accounts of rebels’ actions and role in Libya.

I strongly suggest that people need to ask more questions to find more insights to what is really going on!

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = WATER FOR THE PEOPLE & AGRICULTURE

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = ECONOMIC LIBERATION OF PEOPLE

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = LANDSCAPING OF DESERTS TO AGRICULTURAL LAND

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = DOMESTIC FOOD PRODUCTION

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = END OF MASS STARVATION & POVERTY

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = FREE & STRONG LIBYA

Completion of GMR WATER PROJECT = FREE & STRONG AFRICA

Do the Western Powers want this, an end to their domination of Global Manipulation through control of water resources & IMF funded projects, and thus control of any Country's infrastructure & policies??

Now I suggest people pay attention to the surrounding countries that are going to benefit and be transformed from access to cheap water - GMR Water Project.
Note: This water will be approx. one tenth the cost of water from desalination plants owned by Zionist.

I also researched WHO was Gaddafi to the people of Libya.
Under Gaddafi's leadership HOW did Libya benefit or suffer?
This is what I found by asking more questions:

*******Before NATO and the U.S. started bombing Libya, the United Nations was preparing to bestow an award on Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, and the Libyan Jamahiriya, for its achievements in the area of human rights.

The Libyan War, American Power and the Decline of the Petrodollar System
By Peter Dale Scott

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=24542 - details

:word:

Basically the Western Powers, particularly US, France, Britain and European Union do not want a continuing sovereign Libya. They certainly do not want the potential of a FREE Africa. Qaddafi's vision of a United African Federation through Libya/African Banks printing their own currency and using their own standard 'gold dinar' would mean the decline of fiat money and the Petrodollar System. Since the Western Powers were losing their hold on Libya and Africa, and cannot use debt as a means to control Libya/Africa, the exaggeration of humanitarian abuse gave them their excuse to declare war on Libya, take down the Central Bank of Libya and freeze $30-billion belonging to Africa & Libya. Libya has 144 tons of gold in its vaults. France used the Benghazi rebellion to achieve internal military strife in Libya and claims of humanitarian threat.

Quote:
Peter Dale Scott: My own take on this war, on the other hand, is that it is both ill-conceived and dangerous -- a threat to the interests of Libyans, Americans, the Middle East and conceivably the entire world. Beneath the professed concern about the safety of Libyan civilians lies a deeper concern that is barely acknowledged: the West's defense of the present global petrodollar economy, now in decline..

President Barack Obama grossly exaggerated the humanitarian threat to justify military action in Libya. The president claimed that intervention was necessary to prevent a “bloodbath'' in Benghazi, Libya's second-largest city and last rebel stronghold. …. Nor did Khadafy ever threaten civilian massacre in Benghazi, as Obama alleged. The “no mercy'' warning, of March 17, targeted rebels only, as reported by The New York Times, which noted that Libya's leader promised amnesty for those “who throw their weapons away.'' Khadafy even offered the rebels an escape route and open border to Egypt, to avoid a fight “to the bitter end.''

According to a Russian article titled "Bombing of Lybia - Punishment for Qaddafi for His Attempt to Refuse US Dollar," Qaddafi made a similarly bold move: he initiated a movement to refuse the dollar and the euro, and called on Arab and African nations to use a new currency instead, the gold dinar. Qaddafi suggested establishing a united African continent, with its 200 million people using this single currency. … The initiative was viewed negatively by the USA and the European Union, with French president Nicolas Sarkozy calling Libya a threat to the financial security of mankind; but Qaddafi continued his push for the creation of a united Africa.

Libya not only has oil. According to the IMF, its central bank has nearly 144 tons of gold in its vaults. With that sort of asset base, who needs the BIS [Bank of International Settlements], the IMF and their rules.

One seldom mentioned fact by western politicians and media pundits: the Central Bank of Libya is 100% State Owned.... Currently, the Libyan government creates its own money, the Libyan Dinar, through the facilities of its own central bank. Few can argue that Libya is a sovereign nation with its own great resources, able to sustain its own economic destiny. One major problem for globalist banking cartels is that in order to do business with Libya, they must go through the Libyan Central Bank and its national currency, a place where they have absolutely zero dominion or power-broking ability. Hence, taking down the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) may not appear in the speeches of Obama, Cameron and Sarkozy but this is certainly at the top of the globalist agenda for absorbing Libya into its hive of compliant nations.

The initiative for the air attacks appears to have come initially from France, with early support from Britain. If Qaddafi were to succeed in creating an African Union backed by Libya’s currency and gold reserves, France, still the predominant economic power in most of its former Central African colonies, would be the chief loser. Indeed, a report from Dennis Kucinich in America has corroborated the claim of Franco Bechis in Italy, transmitted by VoltaireNet in France, that “plans to spark the Benghazi rebellion were initiated by French intelligence services in November 2010.”

The US$30 billion frozen by Mr Obama belong to the Libyan Central Bank and had been earmarked as the Libyan contribution to three key projects which would add the finishing touches to the African federation – the African Investment Bank in Syrte, Libya, the establishment in 2011 of the African Monetary Fund to be based in Yaounde with a US$42 billion capital fund and the Abuja-based African Central Bank in Nigeria which when it starts printing African money will ring the death knell for the CFA franc through which Paris has been able to maintain its hold on some African countries for the last fifty years. It is easy to understand the French wrath against Gaddafi.

I see you have much to write Dreamingod but I have knowledge of Libya as I have been going back and forwards for 32 years. I also have family and friends there. People in the West are just parroting what they have read and seen on the internet and don't know the facts. The only people that got ahead in Libya were the ones that bowed down to gaddafi anyone opposing him were dealt with severly, as was my brther in law and many friends husbands ( to many to recall here). These people that were dealt with actually just wanted to put their point across and were taken away some never to be seen again. Gaddafi even went after them in other countries you were not safe from him anywhere. You cannot research Libya on the internet you need to speak to the people go there and investigate otherwise stay quiet. In my view people have no right to an opinion without seeing the truth with their own eyes. All this info and video about what the Libyan people got is garbage, if any of it was true we would all be enjoying the fruits there all these years. The young men had no money and no jobs, no chance to marry and have a family no chance of a house or flat, if you were ill and had money you would go to Tunisia or other places for treatment if not stay home and die. It got better there the last few years but the oppression was always present. My friend tells me the people are so relaxed there now and can speak freely, so instead of all the negative talk we should be looking forward with hope to a new and free Libya. Some have an agenda and it would suit them grately to have Libya in their pockets but God willing the bravery of my friends and their husbands that have died for one thing the freedom of their children ( the next generations) and many other reasons that you just wouldn't understand in the West not going through the absolute horror of living under gaddafi for 42 years, no idea at all!
BTW, Global research amongst quite a few others I don't go to any more because as news unfolded in Libya and with my links I could see they haven't a clue what they are talking about. One or two of the reporters were in a Tripoli hotel and didn't even go outside and were spouting their info with no knowledge. But by saying this I am not saying I trust the Western media either but I have my links and this has been an eye opener. I figured if they lie about Libya can we take them seriously about any other news. I saw some of the alternative news sites no better then the other media centres. All I can say is really investigate and keep an open mind at all times the truth is out there we just need to find it! I am sorry about the rant but Libya is close to my heart and Libya without gaddafi and his family will be a far better place if they stay united and don't fall for the wests tricks!

Most people just accept and 'parrot' the Western Press/Media propaganda that US-Nato had to rescue the people of Libya from Gaddafi - the murdering dictator.
As you see I have not, and have spent many hours and days researching, cross-referencing information, and trying to understand the bigger story.

I am sure under any form of government, people will always be oppressed, the question is to what extent. I definitely believe in no government, but this requires people to have self-responsibility, wake up to this system of slavery, reject all dogma (unquestional belief systems) promoting division, and accept all people as ONE family of Humanity.

While I do not envy any one in Gaddafi's position, and accept that he had to make friends of opposition/enemies to get along in the political game, one needs to recognise he had to make difficult decisions to achieve his vision of a sovereign United African Federation. Unfortunately many people may have been sacrificed in this process so that Africa and all its people can be free from debt-slavery.

Many leaders in such position of power become completely corrupted, get greedy, and sell out the people and the country. This applies to the leaders of most, if not all Western Powers. Gaddafi could have taken the easy route and allowed the Western Powers & aligned corporations, and IMF to control resources, by accepting their terms and continue to use fiat money. However he chose not to; this has made all the difference!
(Before Nato-US bombing) Libyan people enjoy more :eagle: freedoms than people in the West.

I come from a War-torn country.
WAR is never an answer. WAR is just an excuse for greed, control and slavery.
The leader of a country can have noble intentions, but what of the greedy opportunist surrounding s/him?

Libyan people did not enjoy more freedoms than the west, I can assure you of that. You could not breath a word againgst him or you would disappear never to be seen again. If the children at school just mentioned something the parents had said they were gone also. He was a scumbag and you are sticking up for him. I don't like NATO,UN or US etc but the Libyans had nobody to call on as the other Arab nations are just puppets of the West. So the Libyans are really grateful of the help of the International community for their help but now I hope they say 'goodbye and thanks we will look after our own affairs from now on'. You are just believing gaddafis garbage propaganda like so many others around the world. You really need to know the Libyans to know what they have been through. Gaddafi was evil and even the devil has disowned him for his horrendous deeds on other humans beings. What you believe is the truth about him are lies and I do hope you have the chance to open your heart to the truth of the matter without believing all this disinformation. I really can't add muc more to this, all the death and the distruction he has caused him and his cohorts, may they all get what they truely deserve. You can read his garbage but the reality for the Libyans was not like this I can assure you!! 50,000 still missing probably dead now. Wakeup the West to the truth!
BTW, you have spent many hours researching, well your conclusions are wrong because of your sources. I have the Libyans, family and friends who have a bigger insight than some of the articles and video's on the internet! I don't rely on these sources for my news on Libya as I have no need to. As I said you need to talk to some Libyans that have had to live outside because of persecution from the 'brother leader' all these years.

Everyone has opinions, they differ due to experiences, reference points of view, value systems, expectations and more. If you ask the people of Australia, what is life in Australia like? The educated, wealthy Australians living in Sydney would likely say life is good, relative to the Australian Aboriginals who would remember their history when their ancestors roamed free 'walk-about' and describe the high level of discrimination experienced in their own country, and poverty within their own communities .

No-one can absolutely state that they represent the views of the majority unless there was a fair referendum when certain issues are put to the vote.

Obviously Qaddafi was a strong leader to retain power for so long, and prevented Western Powers/institutions from establishing their influence/ consumerism ideals. Yes, he had killed many people (some may be innocent of wrong doings), especially those he perceived were a threat to the sovereign state of Libya. He had to rely on intelligence on who were aligning their interests with Western Powers/institution over those of the overal interest of Libya, and dealt with traitors/oppositions the way most leaders do - without a fair trial.

Violence, murder, poisoning, and war is never right.

This is not just the actions of Qaddafi, this is the way of the Western Powers, European Union, Nato-US, globalist banking cartels, pharmaceutical corporations, World Health Organisation -Vaccination programs, CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, US Food and Drug Administration, The Australia New Zealand Food Authority, Vatican etc.

Image

-but most people are not aware, and are not outrage by these subtle perpetrators of 'evil' because they are not paying attention, are brain-washed, and cannot comprehend such agendas exist.

Image

The prison is so subtle, the public relations so convincing of its grand and beneficial purpose for humanity that people do not notice the thousands of people around the world suffering and dying daily in silence.

No-one can deny the existence of the Great Man-made WATER PROJECT.
No-one can deny the existence of the Gold Dinar, Libyan potential African nations single currency.
No-one can deny the existence of the Central Bank of Libya is 100% State Owned

This has made the difference to Libya.

This has also made Libya a threat and became a target for war!

It was never really about the man, but about Western Powers maintaining control, mainly through the Petrodollar fiat System.

If it was really about the man and gross humanity abuse, then US-Nato should declare themselves enemy of humanity and dispose of themselves and their cohorts in the same manner they treat humanity -without mercy.

The main threat to the powers that be is the ideology that people and countrys can be sovereign, can establish their State Own Bank and currency based on a gold standard not fiat money, can be innovative and solve resource problems without debt - buying into the slavery system!

Each person is entitled to their opinions, are entitled to change their views when new insights and experiences are gained, and have the right to share their views. 'The Crow House' does not practise censorship (unless offensive). Similarly if one does not agree, then one simply does not read further.

I see again Dreamingod you are picking through the garbage with this video about gaddafi. You are not taking anything on board which I have said. To what you believe and to me what I believe, I guess!
