I have been meditating everyday now since June of 2008. Whenever I meditate or simply sitting in my rocking chair all relaxed and or watching an emotionally charged movie or two, my entire inner body begins to burn. Everyday since 2008 I have enjoyed two small quarter sized cones of marijuana that really intensifies this fire because my emotions become heightened and psychological introspection is also stimulated. I really enjoy smoking pot because it spurs me into writing down all my thoughts and feelings and also the feelings I have of others. When I feel this heat I become highly energized if not erratic or restless and feel like doing nothing. This is usually the situation when I come down from the high usually after watching a movie or two.
Though marijuana intensifies this inner heat I know that it cannot be responsible for the heat because everyday when I wake up out of bed the first thing I do is get on that floor and do around two and a half hours of mantra sounds and colour visualization from this Joseph Weed book followed by 32 minutes in my rocking chair sitting absolutely still trying to empty my mind on nothingness from a dvd I downloaded. Hmm! I love the relaxing part of the meditation because sometimes I experience this pleasure heat type sensation in my forehead and or inside my head. And on other rare days I may feel this emptiness or hollowness in my head and body. Ahh! I love that feeling, I only wish I could feel it everyday.
All I want to know is - What is this heat ? Where does it come from ? What is it doing to me ? could it be a health concern; Is it the result of smoking too much pot or something that has manifested from my meditations. I now feel a bit upset and down because today is the my final day I run out of my stash and I don't know anyone or anywhere to get it no more because I dumped all my mates because I grew bored of experiencing the same crap day in day out. Do you ever feel you just want to escape from the world and be left alone in peace and quiet.
I too use a cone to help meditate and see it intensifying that feeling you describe.
I dont imagine colors although my visualisations are very colorful but I do sometimes use sounds
I dont think the heat describe is dangerous infact I feel it myself and find it settles me as pent up energy being released from my water and the water of the planet into the field.
Mankind is unusual in the creation order of things because we are here to tend the garden and as intermediaries between heaven and earth tending the garden we have innate abilities, atrophied for sure, and very different from one another as different as we are unique. We stand upon the earth and below the heavens and so we take the needs of the earth and the enregy from heaven and radiate creation into this reality and what occurs here on earth is entirely because we ask for it.
These desires we manifest here can and have been manipulated and this is done by lies and falsehoods. In the past men gave there power to others having been convinced to be frightened through religion and politics and latterly through politics the mainstream media and occult magic rituals such as occured during the 911 majic show. Anything that tries to frighten you is your enemy. Dont listen to them you are eternal and can never cease to be you are a son or daughter of God and have the power. You are a very powerful being as are all humans it is right that you feel intensely as you go about your work manifesting reality particularly now that you go about your work consciously.
My meditative practice, I first take my fears and release them to my creator in heaven first for myself and then for the rest of creation I then see myself radiating peace and well being into the surrounding field and send thought pictures of people farming sharing patting the faces of their children walking in the garden and the like out into this world.
This spiritual technology is very powerful as a very small number of people have controlled mankind for a long time with this information.

I offer these thoughts only to sooth your concern that what you sense might be dangerous but you needn't fear if you follow the golden rule you can do no harm to yourself. Those that use occult majic to hack the feild of manifestation can only perform such feats because they get us to manifest evil through fear.
While men lived in ignorance they can acheive much but we have reached the appointed time of the apochalypse and nothing can remain hidden any longer because the technology they use to control us is the same technology that informs us.
You have access to the universal consciousness and can ask any question of the creator but you should listen for your answers. Soon you will realise that the creator speaks directly to you in your own consciousness. I may be mad but if I am so is God.

Azura22, this is natural, both my husband and I can generate heat when we meditate. This is natural because we are really consciousness-energy beings, or spiritual beings having human physical experiences. So when one meditates one can direct his/her life force energy up your spine, through the chakra (energy wheels) through your third eye and up the crown. There is a wealth of information on Youtube.
This energy has different names, it is called - Prana - Chi - Life force energy - Ki
Please note, I am aware that you have been meditating since mid 2008, so you should be very knowledgeable about chakras, meditation techniques... I will just explain for the benefit of others who may want to start. In meditation, don't worry about maintaining a prescribed (by a guru) symbol, sound or 'mudra' (position & gestures). Personally I advise the approach: whatever works for you. The aim of meditation is to relax using breath work. When you withdraw your senses and lose yourself in the stillness of meditation, you can achieve different states of consciousness, where you will eventually discover your core self is consciousness-energy. From Theta state of consciousness (4-7 Hz) you can achieve Out Of Body Experiences, Phasing, (http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html) and self healing (reprogram your subconscious mind) through intention and visualisation.

Some people, like the Indonesian man in the below video, are more in tune with their true nature and can direct their chi at will to accomplish energy healing, fire hands and other seemingly magical feats. I believe this is an inherent ability in every person.
