We decided to see if there was appropriate land around for the amount of money we have, and a 'block' showed itself.
I had good communication with the 'owner' and have walked around it several times and it feels good.
I/we have no experience in buying land.
And wondering how to go about it in light of Dean Clifford's work.

Anyway I invite a discussion on this topic.

For our situation/Intention/purpose see these threads:

Thanks!

Gday Chris.

Hope you are well. Ive watched your videos and it seems you have a good grasp on things. It really is a whole new world.

Not sure if you have seen this video.

Dean Clifford and Derek Hill Sovereignty Talk on Lifting The Veil 8.13.11

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2IEVs_i ... ideo_title

At around 29 min in they start talking about different land titles. Very interesting.

My opinion is there are different titles on parcels of land. How do you own the equity in that land and be able to prove it?? Well I am still trying to establish the facts. Based on my personal opinion that all the land known as Australia belongs to the Original People how could I say the land is mine?? . Have since sold my land in AUS until I get a better handle around all of this. I personally dont reside in Australia anymore. There is still a title which I operate. But do I want to be part of the current BS. Not yet crown. Not yet.

Thanks arusso, tengui! Excellent!

Thanks for that page with words allodial & allotment etc - helps with insight!

Yeah I had listened to 'Dean Clifford and Derek Hill Sovereignty Talk on Lifting The Veil' before, but would have been a lot of time to re-find that relevant part.....
So government is making the argument when it tries to make you pay property taxes that it is a joint tenant in common with your land - that's their definition of 'fee simple' - within their own acts.
Derek says that 'the Crown land patent is the sovereign title - perpetually the owner - highest claim - allodial title.'

Tomorrow I'll find out what the existing title details is - whether it is torrents, lease or whatever it is.
Oh ok, the equity in that land - to own that equity?
Australia is not this land I don't think, I would say Australia is a corporation - yeah I am also still getting clarity on this too.
The Original people - I think it is time we come from, that We are the Original people ~ of Earth.
Just that it is a matter of choices - whether we choose to exist as brother's & sisters in a give way of being, or whether we choose to continue ripping each other off.

As for ownership, I had been wondering about 'what exactly is ownership? ever since 'Council' sent a letter claiming it owns that land I had discharged it's custodianship of November 22 2011 viewtopic.php?f=19&t=6338&start=20.
Yesterday it occured to me that ownership must be the same thing as custodianship/trusteeship!

Otherwise I had thought about this ownership thing in relation to land/Earth a couple of years ago and it is a simple thing from my perspective, that we are talking about 'Space' - everything is Space and through our Heart beat we create a resonance in this Space, and one Man's Space is simply not in resonance with another Man's Space.
- That is Man as in man/woman/child or Man & his/her family/Clann.

I have been looking over the title details.
It is land as a lot of a subdivision of a lot of a parish of a county in the torrens title register under an act.

The New South Wales Certificate of Title Real Property ACT, 1990, signed by the Registrar General says;
'I certify that the person described in the First Schedule is the registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple (or such other estate of interest as is set forth in the Schedule) in the land within described subject to such exceptions encumbrances, interests and entries as appear in the Second Schedule and to any additional entries in the Folio of the Register.
.....
Second Schedule - 1. Land excludes minerals and is subject to reservations and conditions in favour of the Crown - See Crown Grant(s)

Then Council has a planning instrument in play -

Planning Certificate under Section 149 (5)
(f) Is the land affected by any Resolution of he Council to seek amendment to any environmental planning insturment of draft environmental planning insturment applying to the land?
Yes. Council has resloved to prepare a new Shire-Wide Local Environmental Plan(LEP)

It seems at the moment there are two camps. The one that wants government and the ones the dont. From a personal perspective If you just want to aquire land and pay the land tax then its really very simple. Ive gone deep into this. Been thinking of buying a couple of hundred acres in TAS should I want to return to AUS. Probably do a lot of fishing as well.. From a layman's perspective.. Just buy the land and grow as much food as you can. Opt in with farmers markets stc. I operate multiple farms in Indonesia at the moment. Rice, chilli, vegetable... So easy to do here. No F**king permits. There are conditions obviously with owing land in AUS but im sure if you talk to community groups before starting you will understand better as to how to proceed. Its fairly obvious you are living under a socialist state in Australia. If it were me id just pay the tax and not disclose jack shit as to my private business. Network in your own town. No need to be a hero just a good neighbour. Max is right community is where the world should be going.

I would say im amazed at how easily it is to grow food as long as you have water. So much more rewarding than "the market" . 34 years old and Im done. Screw the cooperates. Cant believe I wasted so much time.

I give a lot of the food I produce away for free. Imagine if everyone did this.

Tengui

Best way to treat the ATO is as if you were growing musshrooms. Feed them shit and keep them in the dark.

Thanks tengui!

At the time of your post I/we had just paid the deposit for the land.
Yeah decided to go this way, as you say, I couldn't work out any other way.
So it'll be in the Name/Title CHRISTOPHER PAUL COLE, which by my intention from Notices I am Executive director/Administrator of - still learning about this.
I backed out/let it all go a couple of times feeling flattened by interfering fingers in the pie, wondering what the heck the remainder of my/our life's wealth was actually 'buying'?
I used my birth certificate for id as this requirement came out in January this year that the department of stamp duties requires id of the purchaser be held at the solicitor/conveyors office. (I only have this - no drivers licence or passport)
I've had an amiable relationship with all - land owner, real estate woman, & solicitor & staff - sharing my concerns/enquiry & vision.

From my perspective we'll be able to make a start with our vision. We'll layout my phi plan - there is 25 acres I see that we'll work with, and which gives us 6 one hectare 'kin's domains' with lane ways & common domains between.
I've four grown children so the possibility for all of us to create our kin's domains is at hand.
This excerpt I feel encapsulates our goal: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6314&p=22764#p22764
The location is good I feel, for the possibility that an entire settlement of around 120 kin's domains eventuates from our seed/rhythm, and even further Kin's Settlements.
We've become excited & inspired to plan/vision actual 'land steps', it is reorganizing as we go and we've still to all come together for this part.

What a lovely idea and I sincerely hope that you achieve what you want for you and your family members Chris. Nice to get away from the madness of the world, should say people as the world is a vast and wonderous place! 8-)

Thanks Coral!

For 2 1/2 years I/we've been creating a mini version kin's domain on a tenth the size 1/4 acre in town. Straight away I put in a 'living fence' and made a video of how I went about it. - could show it on this thread?
I think Australian native trees are perfect for living fences, they have wide variety of beautiful flowers and all function to attract different, and huge variety of amazing insects. I've had to replace a lot as they died for various reasons. Put in a pond and experimenting with that - attracts heaps of frogs (chorus) and all sorts of other water creatures. I crafted a natural bee log, but none have chosen to live in it yet - I suspect constant neighbourhood lawnmowers deter them.
I've grown a lot of trees from seeds and they are all hanging out to go in the ground - a forest worth of bunya bunya nut trees which are now 3 years old. In ten years we'll be harvesting our own grown bunya nuts. Also lots of oak, some kauri.....

I think everyone here would be interested in a video Chris, sounds very interesting. I and my kids all love nature and where we live we can go to the outskirts of the city and find many interesting walks and beautiful scenery. My roots are in Devon (UK) so maybe that's where the kids get their interest in nature as when they were small we spent a lot of time there but then we moved around all over the world to now finally living in a city. We are outside enough though to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds! This year we want to do some growing if it goes well I could post some, have to wait and see. My father had a beautiful garden for years untill he was older and just had a little garden, he died last year so no more picking his brains about gardening and history sadly that book is forever closed!
Much luck with the project and post us the photo's if possible. 8-)
