Well, maybe look @ the alleged laws that govern the registration process; are they registering the baby or are they registering the event?

As for "how the state sees it"; what's the alleged difference between "the state" and santa clause or the tooth-fairy?

Have you attempted to come to meeting of the minds with the people likely believing they work for "the state" regarding what constitutes consenting to being governed externally? Could it be "the state" only has authority to govern those providing evidence that they're involved in controversy (by making claims of identity and/or ownership)? Can anyone ever "prove" that they're identical to anything in this world, such as a name or word, or that they "own" anything in this world? Without a meeting of the minds, what good is a piece of paper for "proving" anything?

Again, more of the same gobbledy gook.

If your child had been taken by SS claiming the bruises on its legs showed you had beaten them up and were an unfit parent, how would you get the child back?

BC or no BC.

The certificate does not allow them to take the kids, you allow them to take the kids by your consent. Because you
believe that name on birth certificate belongs to the individual which it was issued to and not the one who issued it.
Stop claiming stuff that does not belong to you and everyone's happy.

Sorry jimmy, but more mumbo jumbo high in the clouds gobbledy gook.

if SS claim you hit and bruised you chid, and so come to take your kids accompanied by armed police, you dont have a say in the matter really, as theres nothing you can really do to stop them is there.

Or maybe you think what you typed above could be used to stop the social workers and armed police stealing the kids in the 1st place?

But if you are in the situation of kids in care, and you need to get them back.
How could what you typed above, help in this process of getting them back? whether or not they had a BC?

Do you ever consider the effects the words you use can have on others if they take them personally? Hopefully jimmy wont take it personally; but you seem to be attempting to use black magic and I have absolutely no respect for that.

I think we absolutely do have a say in the matter. What's the alternative, victim mentality? Complaining and hoping others join your cause? How's that working out for ya?

Maybe ask if there's any evidence that you or the child are involved in controversy; if provided any evidence, inform that in the matter you believe there's been a mistake, and ask how you can help settle the matter honorably?

I like to think I'm open to possible alternative solutions, aka divergent thinking, so what do you recommend?

master/jimmy - all my questions have been very specific - designed to keep these topics on track.
Your general responses that have largely ignored my very speicific questions only swing the discussion off course. it shows you cannot or dont want to answer the valid and specific questions. So in that case, if it was me, i wouldnt bother, id stay out.
its a common tactic of COINTEL as well, but i dont think U2 are COINTEL. But it is REALLY ANNOYING FOR THE BEING ASKING THE VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS THAT KEEP GETTING TRAMPLED OVER & IGNORED.

Ignored your questions by attempting to answer them (however dissatisfying you may find the responses)?

Cool story, bro...

Wow !

Peace and love....

There is a story in the book written by Mary Croft about a family that had 5 children. The fifth was home "birthed" and as such no birth certificate was established. The story goes that a complaint relating to a moment of insanity by a booze fueled father lead to the state troopers taking the children away. The following day they returned the 5th citing, "this one dosn't belong to us."

True? Untrue? Wives tail.? Story? Would be worth investigating this in more detail to substantiate your question.?

Kurt Kallenbach presenting
Season of Treason III Full - The King's House
At 103:50 Kurt talks about the birth certificate, which I've transcribed here viewtopic.php?f=19&t=8023&p=21537#p21537

What if mum & dad claim that announced title/name/character within the 90 days?

Mum & dad are often in their 20's, they would normally be believing that the older adults are giving good direction. They might not think to question things, especially at a time of new birth.
But if they were up to questioning everything, they could question the information they are giving to the live birth record - put the burden on the hospital administrator to come clean.
Could they make the terms - Don't announce this into the public! This baby is-not abandoned!

Here's a few website/links about registering babies:
A young couple or new mum have a mind field to get through at this point.
This looks subliminal: "Please PRINT clearly in BLACK pen."
This case of witnesses allows no sacred birth of just the man & woman present: "Birth without a registered doctor or midwife.....the mother should consider having two independent witnesses present at the birth (can't be parents of the child)....."
Trickery in wordings: "Do I have to register the birth of my baby?
Yes, it is a legal requirement that you register the
birth of your baby within 60 days."
