At around 29 min in they start talking about different land titles. Very interesting.

My opinion is there are different titles on parcels of land. How do you own the equity in that land and be able to prove it?? Well I am still trying to establish the facts. Based on my personal opinion that all the land known as Australia belongs to the Original People how could I say the land is mine?? . Have since sold my land in AUS until I get a better handle around all of this. I personally dont reside in Australia anymore. There is still a title which I operate. But do I want to be part of the current BS. Not yet crown. Not yet.

I have been looking over the title details.
It is land as a lot of a subdivision of a lot of a parish of a county in the torrens title register under an act.

The New South Wales Certificate of Title Real Property ACT, 1990, signed by the Registrar General says;
'I certify that the person described in the First Schedule is the registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple (or such other estate of interest as is set forth in the Schedule) in the land within described subject to such exceptions encumbrances, interests and entries as appear in the Second Schedule and to any additional entries in the Folio of the Register.

Second Schedule - 1. Land excludes minerals and is subject to reservations and conditions in favour of the Crown - See Crown Grant(s)

Then Council has a planning instrument in play -

Planning Certificate under Section 149 (5)
(f) Is the land affected by any Resolution of he Council to seek amendment to any environmental planning insturment of draft environmental planning insturment applying to the land?
Yes. Council has resloved to prepare a new Shire-Wide Local Environmental Plan(LEP)

It seems at the moment there are two camps. The one that wants government and the ones the dont. From a personal perspective If you just want to aquire land and pay the land tax then its really very simple. Ive gone deep into this. Been thinking of buying a couple of hundred acres in TAS should I want to return to AUS. Probably do a lot of fishing as well.. From a layman's perspective.. Just buy the land and grow as much food as you can. Opt in with farmers markets stc. I operate multiple farms in Indonesia at the moment. Rice, chilli, vegetable... So easy to do here. No F**king permits. There are conditions obviously with owing land in AUS but im sure if you talk to community groups before starting you will understand better as to how to proceed. Its fairly obvious you are living under a socialist state in Australia. If it were me id just pay the tax and not disclose jack shit as to my private business. Network in your own town. No need to be a hero just a good neighbour. Max is right community is where the world should be going.

I would say im amazed at how easily it is to grow food as long as you have water. So much more rewarding than "the market" . 34 years old and Im done. Screw the cooperates. Cant believe I wasted so much time.

I give a lot of the food I produce away for free. Imagine if everyone did this.

What a lovely idea and I sincerely hope that you achieve what you want for you and your family members Chris. Nice to get away from the madness of the world, should say people as the world is a vast and wonderous place!

hi chris, not sure if you have seen this, you might find it interesting.

I think everyone here would be interested in a video Chris, sounds very interesting. I and my kids all love nature and where we live we can go to the outskirts of the city and find many interesting walks and beautiful scenery. My roots are in Devon (UK) so maybe that's where the kids get their interest in nature as when they were small we spent a lot of time there but then we moved around all over the world to now finally living in a city. We are outside enough though to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds! This year we want to do some growing if it goes well I could post some, have to wait and see. My father had a beautiful garden for years untill he was older and just had a little garden, he died last year so no more picking his brains about gardening and history sadly that book is forever closed!
Much luck with the project and post us the photo's if possible.
